BEDROOMS AND COMMON AREAS

● Clean inside and outside of the cabinets (cabinets must be empty)
● Wipe all reachable surfaces
● Wipe down mirrors and glass fixtures
● Wipe down door handles and light switches
● Vacuum the floor
● Mop the floor
● Clean baseboards
● Clean windows, windowsills, and glass doors (interior only)**
● Clean the blinds (wet cloth)**
● Take out the trash and recyclables and throw in your property street trash cans
● Clean laundry room (if inside the home)**
● Clean the ceiling fan with Swiffer (if reachable when using a 3 step ladder + 6ft Swiffer)
● Swiffer the walls
● Dust the exhaust fan

BATHROOMS

● Wash and sanitize toilet, shower, and sink
● Wipe all reachable surfaces
● Wipe mirrors and glass fixtures
● Clean inside the cabinets (cabinets must be empty)**
● Wipe down door handles and light switches
● Vacuum all floors
● Mop all floors
● Clean baseboards
● Clean windows, windowsills, and glass doors (interior only)**
● Clean the blinds (wet cloth)**
● Tile grout cleaning (floors and walls)
● Swiffer the walls
● Dust the exhaust fan

● Wash and scrub sink
● Clean cabinets inside and outside( must be empty)**
● Clean the microwave (interior and exterior)
● Clean the oven (interior and exterior)
● Clean the dishwasher (interior and exterior)
● Clean the refrigerator (interior and exterior, if empty)**
● Dust the exhaust fan
● Clean countertops
● Clean behind the oven (if removable)**
● Clean behind the fridge ( if removable)**
● Clean windows, windowsills, and glass doors (interior only)**
● Vacuum the floor
● Mop the floor
● Clean baseboards
● Tile and grout cleaning (floor and wall)**
● Swiffer the walls
● Wipe down door handles and light switches
● Clean the blinds (wet cloth)**

ATTENTION:
1) To book a post-construction your home needs to be completely empty (no furniture, construction products, or personal items).
2) Cleaning of Windows, Glass Doors, and Blinds that are within arms reach (Interior only).
3) We do not remove stickers and glue residue on any surfaces (ex: walls, counters, glass surfaces, and others).
4) We don’t clean outside areas; only inside house cleaning.
5) We try our best to maintain the flat rate that we give upon your booking. In case the conditions of your home are not what we have anticipated (sanitation, cleaning time, organization or size range) the price of your cleaning may increase.
6) To guarantee the quality of the service, the remodeling, painting, or any construction carried out, must have already been completed and there should be no Walk-Through.
