MOVE IN/MOVE OUT CLEANING SERVICE

REGULAR MOVE IN/MOVE OUT

BEDROOMS AND COMMON AREAS
1) Interior and exterior cabinets cleaning (Cabinets must be empty);
2) Dust and wipe all reachable surfaces;
3) Wipe mirrors and glass fixtures;
4) Wipe down door handles and light switches;
5) Vacuum all floors;
6) Mop all floors (NOT included grout cleaning);
7) Clean baseboards;
8) Clean windows, windowsills, and glass doors “interior only”);
9) Blinds cleaning with duster;
10) Clean laundry room (If located inside your home, and not included grout cleaning);
11) Remove spider webs;
12) Take out trash and recyclables inside your home to your property/street trash can.

BATHROOMS
1) Wash and sanitize toilet, shower, and sink;
2) Dust and wipe all reachable surfaces;
3) Wipe down the mirrors and glass fixtures;
4) Interior and Exterior cabinets cleaning (cabinets must be empty);
5) Wipe down door handles and light switches;
6) Vacuum all floors;
7) Mop all floors;
8) Clean baseboards;
9) Clean windows, windowsills, and glass doors “interior only”;
10) Blinds cleaning with duster; 11) Remove spider webs;
12) Take out trash and recyclables inside your home to your property/street trash can.

KITCHEN
1) Wash and scrub sink;
2) Wipe down cabinets exterior only (Grease removal is NOT included);
3) Interior cabinets cleaning (Grease removal is NOT included) “Cabinets must be empty”;
4) Clean the interior and exterior of the microwave;
5) Clean countertops;
6) Clean the interior and exterior of fridge (the fridge must be empty);
7) Clean interior and exterior of the oven;
8) Wipe down range hood (Grease removal is NOT included);
9) Clean windows, windowsills, and glass doors “interior only”;
10) Vacuum all floors;
11) Mop all floors;
12) Clean baseboards;
13) Wipe down door handles and light switches;
14) Blinds cleaning with duster;
15) Clean the exterior of the dishwasher;
16) Remove spider webs;
17) Take out trash and recyclables inside your home to your property/street trash can.

(SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN REGULAR MOVE-IN/OUT CLEANING ARE AVAILABLE IF YOU UPGRADE YOUR SERVICE FOR THE HEAVY-DUTY MOVE-IN/OUT CLEANING)

ATTENTION:
1) To book a Regular Move-in/out Cleaning or Heavy-Duty Move-in/out Cleaning your home needs to be completely empty (no furniture or personal items) otherwise you should book a Regular Deep Cleaning or Heavy-Duty Deep Cleaning.
2) In case your home had any construction, remodel, or paint you should book a Post-Construction Cleaning.
3) If the blinds need to be cleaned with a damp cloth it will be charged $10 per blind. (this service will only be done with the client’s permission).
4) Cleaning of Windows, Glass Doors, and Blinds that are within arms reach (Interior only).
5) We do not remove stickers and glue residue on any surfaces (ex: walls, counters, glass surfaces, and other).
6) We don’t clean outside areas; only inside house cleaning.
7) We try our best to maintain the flat rate that we give upon your booking. In case the conditions of your home are not what we have anticipated (sanitation, cleaning time, organization or size range) the price of your cleaning may increase.
8) To guarantee the quality of the service. There should be no Walk-Through.

12) Clean laundry room (If located inside your home, and not included grout cleaning);
13) Remove spider webs;
14) Take out trash and recyclables inside your home to your property/street trash can.
